Shalom's Grand Opening & 25th Anniversary Celebration

We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new Child and Youth Therapist to our team at Shalom Counselling Centre. Mrs. Gwendolyn is a Certified Canadian Counsellor with specialized training in Play Therapy, including Sand Tray and Trauma-Informed Therapy. She is passionate about supporting families, nurturing children's identities, and creating a safe, engaging environment for exploring concerns. Let's work together to foster and support young minds in our community.

Chloe attends Hope Christian High School and entered a Mental Health poster contest, taking home first prize. Chloe was awarded a donation to the charity of her choice and we are excited that she chose Shalom Counselling Centre

Shalom Counselling Centre is looking to hire a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, Masters of Social Work, or Master Level Counsellor, who will collaborate with the counselling staff to provide support and services to individuals and families facing various issues.

Shalom Counselling Centre is looking to hire a Play Therapist to join our counselling team. The incumbent will provide direct, individualized play therapy to children and youth, and will collaborate with the counselling staff to provide support and services to families facing various issues.
