Sometimes being a teen is hard and you may be going through a rough time. You may feel alone and misunderstood. Shalom is a welcoming place where you will be accepted and not judged.
The first step in the process is for each person to complete a Background Information Form. You will be contacted to set up your first appointment as soon as possible. We will need a parent or guardian to sign a form so that you can come to counselling. Parents may download and fill out the Parental Consent Form
