We talk about our physical health but we seldom talk about our feelings or what we are thinking about. 1 in 5 Canadians will experience some form of mental illness at some point in their life. You can look after your mental health by eating well, exercising, talk about your feelings, ask for help, accept you for you, take a break, stay in touch with friends, do what you’re good at, care for others, drink sensibly.
