Your First Appointment

First appointments at Shalom typically last between 1 and 1.5 hours, while all subsequent sessions are one hour in length. Evening appointments (5:00 p.m. or later) are subject to a $10 surcharge.

Fees are determined on a sliding scale according to the client’s gross household income, allowing services to be offered at reduced rates. Rates range from $50 to $235 per hour and will be discussed with you prior to booking your first session.

Cancelled/Missed Appointment

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If circumstances arise, please contact us at your earliest convenience to let us know of the cancellation so that your appointment can be re-booked.

A late cancellation fee may apply.
