Jen Sept 2025

Jennifer is a compassionate and relationally focused psychologist who is passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families with care, curiosity, and hope. She is deeply grounded in an attachment-based perspective, believing that our earliest relationships shape how we experience connection, safety, and ourselves throughout life. Jennifer strives to create a warm, attuned space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they explore their stories and move toward healing and meaningful change.

Jennifer earned her Master of Arts in Counselling from Yorkville University in 2013 and is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She has experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of life circumstances, with a particular focus on strengthening relationships, deepening emotional connection, and fostering secure attachment patterns.

Her work includes supporting children, youth, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and learning differences. Through her experience in school settings, Jennifer has developed a deep appreciation for each child’s unique emotional and developmental needs, and she approaches assessment and support through a compassionate, strengths-based, and relationship-centered lens.

Jennifer integrates attachment-focused approaches with elements of cognitive and emotion-focused therapies, always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing. She is committed to helping clients build greater self-understanding, resilience, and more secure, fulfilling connections with others.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends and being in nature, where she finds restoration and inspiration.
