Shalom Counselling is a Christian ministry of compassion, offering help for much less than the costs to supply service. Generous gifts, from those who care, make it possible to provide quality counselling at subsidized rates.
The average cost to help each family, over and above any fees they pay, is $400. Four Hundred Dollars seems like a small price to pay to help an individual or family have a fresh start. Shalom relies on donations to assist those families. In the coming year, we anticipate helping about 750 families. Shalom will require $220,000 in donations this year.
Shalom is made possible by the generous support of our Friends. Less than 3% of Shalom’s budget is used to inform Shalom’s friends for the need for funds. All gifts to Shalom Counselling Centre are income tax deductible.
Shalom Counselling Centre is incorporated as a registered Christian charity located in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and has no other affiliated offices in any other location.
